Movable Anti-Fatigue Mat is a perfect addition to any active work space. The 1" of padding for standing comfort helps relieve the leg pain and foot fatigue that often accompanies standing. Molded glides on the bottom of the mat allows you to grip the mat with your feet (without having to bend over) and slide it out of the way when not in use. Mat is thick, yet pliable, and has a discrete design that allows it to easily fit into any work space without looking bulky. It pairs well with standing desks or tables. High heels should not be worn with this mat.
